IT Analyst focused on non-clinical healthcare systems (like HR, patient experience, safety systems). Your job is to support, improve, and maintain these systems so they run smoothly and meet user needs. esponsibilitiesaily OperationsHandle requests and projects related to non-clinical softwaredesigning, building, testing, and maintaining them. roubleshooting & UpdatesHelp fix issues and assist with software upgrades. estingHelp create and manage testing plans and work with users to test systems. oordinationWork with different departments to ensure systems are well-supported. eamworkCollaborate with various professionals to keep systems stable and functional. ocumentationKeep records updated and follow change management rules. n-Call SupportBe available during off-hours as part of a rotation to handle urgent issues. ontinuous LearningStay updated and trained on different systems and tools. kills
