Roles and Responsibilities
1. Hardware, Network, and System Installation Expertise
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of computer hardware components, network infrastructure, and system architecture.
- Skilled in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and server environments.
2. Technical Issue Diagnosis
- Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving diverse technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Applies logical and methodical approaches to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
3. Remote Site Support
- Manages and resolves technical issues at remote or offsite locations.
- Ensures smooth operations and minimal downtime through effective communication and remote troubleshooting tools.
4. Windows OS and Network Troubleshooting
- Expert in Windows operating systems, including setup, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, domain-related errors, and system conflicts.
5. Peripheral Device Troubleshooting
- Experienced in handling issues related to peripheral devices including overhead projectors, ADF (Automatic Document Feed) scanners, and printers.
- Ensures all devices are functional and integrated seamlessly into the network/system.
