Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP FI Lead to join our offshore team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Treasury (TR) modules, along with a strong integration experience and a solid understanding of financial processes. As a SAP FI Lead, your key responsibilities will include leading SAP FI/CO/TR module implementations and support activities. You will be responsible for configuring and managing CO functions such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. It will be essential to ensure seamless integration with SD, MM, and PS modules. Additionally, you will handle production support, incident management, enhancements, service tasks, troubleshooting, month-end, and quarter-end financial closing processes. You will oversee job scheduling, monitoring, and interface management, conduct unit and integration testing, and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI/CO/TR modules, proven experience in SAP FICO integration with other modules, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, good understanding of financial processes and compliance, and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. SAP certification is preferred.
