Job Description
- We are seeking a qualified QA Lead with expertise in Manual Testing to join us on a contract basis at our Pune office in Baner. As a QA Lead specializing in Manual Testing, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end manual testing operations. This includes developing test plans, cases, and scenarios, as well as executing functional, regression, integration, and system tests. You will also manage and document defects using standard tools and collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders. In addition, you will guide and support junior QA team members to ensure timely delivery of quality releases and progress updates. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-8 years of experience in manual testing, with exposure to QA leadership. Proficiency in SDLC, STLC, test case creation, and defect monitoring tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required for this role. Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous, and knowledge of the healthcare domain is a bonus.
