Drive Sales:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for
AffordPlan.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand AffordPlan's customer base and market share.
Manage Relationships with Key Stakeholders in Hospitals:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital
administrators, doctors, and finance managers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback
in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Planning and Review /Sales Operations:
Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
Responsible for Zone P&L
Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated zone, ensuring financial targets are met or
exceeded.
Monitor financial performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any variances or
challenges. Empanel key corporates through corporate tie-ups and hospital camps: Organize and
facilitate hospital camps in collaboration with corporate partners to showcase AffordPlan's offerings
and engage with potential clients. Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns
and promotional activities aimed at driving corporate adoption of AffordPlan.
Eligibility.
Post Graduate / Masters degree (Preferred) in Marketing /Sales/Business or similar.
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience.
