Job Description

    As a Management Trainee in SCM (Order Management & Customer Service) at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management, customer communication, data entry, and coordination with various departments to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include handling order management and customer support through email and chat channels, requiring strong communication skills and proficiency in the English language. Additionally, you should be adept at utilizing MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, and be willing to work in shifts as per business requirements, including weekends. Experience working with MNCs and global clients is preferred, along with the ability to think critically and analyze situations effectively. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a strong work ethic, the capacity for quick learning and adaptation to changes, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfort with 24*7 shift timings and a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a solid academic background are essential qualifications. Previous experience in order management, logistics, or a similar field is also highly valued. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in order management systems, ERP software, and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail, customer service experience, teamwork abilities, and excellent time management skills are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
