- Mahindra University Virginia Tech Interdisciplinary Advanced Research Centre for Transformative Technologies (MUVT IARCT2) is seeking a post-doctoral fellow to join their team in the emerging field at the Interface between Computational Fluid Dynamics and Artificial Intelligence. You should hold a Doctoral degree from a reputable university in India or abroad, with a focus on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The ideal candidate would have a strong background in developing their own code and software in addition to utilizing both commercial and open-source software. While experience in Python is preferred, it is not mandatory. A passion for emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, is essential. You will receive training to apply the latest AI, ML, and DL techniques in CFD within the unique research areas of the supervisor and their team. Your primary responsibilities will include actively participating in cutting-edge research in this specialized field, resulting in high-quality publications and the development of Intellectual Property through groundbreaking technological advancements. Collaboration and teamwork are key traits that are highly valued. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Doctoral degree in a relevant CFD field from a respected university, with a track record of creating your own code and software, in addition to using commercial and open-source tools.
