Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager / Manager in Corporate Communications at Hetero Group, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic communication initiatives globally. Your role will involve implementing communication strategies that align with business goals and strengthen the corporate narrative. It is essential to have prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry to excel in this position. Your key responsibilities will include developing clear communication execution plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate communication strategies with business initiatives, and contributing to organizational change management efforts. You will be tasked with developing various collaterals, corporate presentations, and videos based on organizational requirements, ensuring they reflect strategic direction and brand standards. Additionally, you will produce engaging content such as scripts, speeches, and executive messages, while also leading the production of impactful video content for internal and external distribution. You will play a crucial role in identifying and creating thought leadership opportunities for senior leadership, developing content and campaigns to position Hetero's leadership as influential voices in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. It will be your responsibility to ensure adherence to branding guidelines, maintain high-quality standards across all communication deliverables, and support efforts in driving brand visibility and product messaging. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Communications with sciences at graduation or a related field. - 7-12 years of relevant experience in strategic or corporate communications, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry. - Proven ability to build and execute communication strategies supporting corporate goals. - Experience in executive communication and stakeholder engagement. - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail. - Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Preferred Attributes: - Deep understanding of global communication trends in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. - Strategic and creative mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and messaging. - Business acumen and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, impactful communication. - Results-driven individual with an operational mindset, passionate about optimizing and executing complex workflows efficiently, and skilled in taking full ownership of projects.
