Role

TheTPM, Lead-to-Cash Readinesswill lead cross-functional, strategic product launches ensuring value chain readiness and accelerating time to value. You will also drive continuous optimization of our NPI processes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching commercial offers successfully, turning Business scope into systems/Applications for execution, transforming to drive operational scale to support speed of product innovation, and delivering business outcomes on time and with high quality. Define and execute program plans with cross-functional GTM teams to ensure lead-to-cash and goal-to-commission operational readiness for launch
- Deep dive on defining requirement, Scope both System level & Business
- Influence and work cross-functionally to align and execute functional project plans, identifying, and actively managing risks and issues to resolution to ensure successful launch and lifecycle management of commercial offerings
- Own comprehensive planning ensuring deliverables are completed on time, and with quality, including post launch readiness
- Define & manage KPIs across product lifecycle
- Develop, manage and execute detailed project plans that consider all requirements, constraints, and deliverables associated with the defined objectives
- Conduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data driven recommendations to enable leadership decisions
- Deliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate:
- Must have proven experience in SaaS offerings, CRM, ERP, CLM
- Must have strong lead-to-cash experience
- Have 8+ years of experience in core product management
- Ability to conduct meaningful analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionablemessages and deliverables
- Ability to prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment to drive meaningful results
- Ability to challenge the status quo and develop mindshare to drive towards a common goal
- Excellent verbal&written communication skills with the ability to work at all levels of the organization
- Combination of strong intellect, exceptional active listening skills, and creative problem solving skills
