Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Technical Consultant
Job Type: Fulltime
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Oracle Financials modules into Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows (RICEW components).
- Design and implement customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and XML Publisher.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and migration during implementation or upgrade.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across technical layers.
- Create and maintain documentation including MD050, MD070, TE040, CV040, etc.
- Liaise with client application lead for day-to-day activities.
- Attend all internal and client meetings.
- Coordinate with other teams, business users, Vendor (e.g. Oracle)
- Raise risks/issues (if any) on time.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance as a technical consultant.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle R12 (preferably 12.2.x) in Finance modules: GL, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, I-expense, I-receivables, I-Suppliers, Purchasing, Project Accounting, Cash Management, EBTax, Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL development skills.
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and OAF (Oracle Application Framework) is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration tools like Oracle SOA Suite, Web Services, or APIs.
- Familiarity with AIM / OUM methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP to Oracle R12 migration would be plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ready to work 3pm to 12 midnight IST shift
