Role & responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Position Closure: Handle the entire recruitment process from requisition to closure for both on and Offroll position. This includes coordinating with consultants, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, conducting background verification (BGV) checks, and negotiating offers. Ensure job offers are released promptly in coordination with corporate SPOC.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with corporate and circle stakeholders to ensure open positions are filled within the turnaround time.
- Managing campus drives to identify and hire suitable candidates.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Induction Programs: Manage induction programs independently for new joiners at the circle level. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and coordinate with the IT team to allocate assets and IDs. Announce new joiners.
- NDC Clearance: Ensure No Dues Certificates (NDCs) are cleared by respective stakeholders for on-roll employees.
- Exit Management: Oversee the exit process for off-roll employees, ensuring all procedures are followed, data is shared with consultant & IDs are deactivated.
3. Payroll Processing:
- Payroll Management: Process payroll for off-roll employees, including tracking attendance, managing leave, handling reimbursements, deductions, and incentives.
- Validation: Validate each payroll element and submit final sheets to the consultant for payouts.
- Ensure the closure of PR/POs by coordinating with respective stakeholders.
4. Performance Tracking & closure of cases:
- Issue Tracking: Monitor and track performance issues where minimum expectations are not met.
- Corrective Actions: Issue warning letters and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
6. Data Management:
- ID Management: Create and deactivate IDs for off-roll employees.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate data mapping and tagging.
- Managing the on and Offroll employee data in the predefined formats & submitting the reports at defined frequencies.
7. Events:
- Event Management: Actively manage in-house events such as birthday celebrations and parties.
- Event Announcements: Create announcements, posters, PPTs, and videos to inform employees about upcoming events.
- Event Hosting: Host internal events.
- PR and Event Coordination: Assist in public relations and event coordination with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and CBRE.
- Internal Communication: Manage internal communication on events.
- Tracking the events budgets & ensure the closures within the budget along with HR & Admin Lead
8. Employee Relations & Grievance handling:
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations & submit the report to CHR.
- Be a single point of contact for any employee issues pertaining to payroll, attendance, onboarding, exits etc.
- Ensuring smooth stakeholder coordination to ensure the closure of HR agenda in line with policies and SOPs.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency: Hands on experience and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of HRMS & ERP
- Knowledge of basic HR concepts, Labour Laws
- Attention to Detail
Education Qualification: Any Graduate, Preferred MBA in HR / Marketing
