Role & responsibilities


  • Engage and onboard high-potential brokers with scalable growth potential
  • Reacquire and activate recently lapsed clients with tailored engagement strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term revenue
  • Create customized sales pitches and servicing solutions for top-tier clients

Preferred candidate profile

Field Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B field sales experience is required, with a preference for experience in the real estate sector.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to executives and senior leadership.
  • Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills to engage with a diverse client base in the financial sector and achieve focused goals.
  • Presentation and Documentation: Excellent presentation and documentation skills. A collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure, make decisions in unpredictable situations, and think creatively to simplify complex issues.
  • Role Model: Demonstrates professionalism and a strong work ethic. Serves as a role model by developing self and the team.
  • Customer Focus: Acts as a customer champion with a result-driven approach, effectively managing key account relationships.
