Job Description

Placement Type: Full time Permanent Position

(*Note: This is a requirement for one of Uplers' client--Ketto)

Required skills: B2B sales OR Corporate Sales, Corporate partnerships AND Excellent communications OR Presentations OR Management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales across corporates, insurance brokers, TPAs, and insurance companies to onboard partners for Evolifes medical weight loss programs.
  • Own and deliver sales KPIs including pipeline generation, conversions, and revenue targets.
  • Identify and explore alternate lead-generation channels such as gyms, salons, wellness centers, and wellness ecosystems.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (medical, product, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
  • Track and report performance metrics regularly.
  • Act as the day-to-day execution partner while leveraging consultant guidance for channel growth.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise account management.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, wellness, or HR/employee benefits sales preferred.
  • Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with senior decision-makers. Experience in cracking new B2B accounts is essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-starter with high ownership, comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work closely with external consultant guidance while driving execution independently.
