About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion initiatives. This is a senior-level position requiring a blend of strategic vision, market expertise, and hands-on leadership to drive sustainable business growth in a competitive global IT and Digital Marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Growth

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the companys long-term vision and revenue goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and enter new markets while strengthening the companys presence in existing ones
  • Forecast revenue streams and track market trends to anticipate opportunities and challenges

High-Value Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Lead direct client acquisition through targeted outreach, strategic networking, and high-level negotiations
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Oversee the development of customised solutions to meet client-specific needs

Team Leadership & Resource Management

  • Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Implement performance metrics and review systems to monitor progress

Revenue & Performance Accountability

  • Own and deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business pitches for large-scale projects
  • Negotiate complex contracts ensuring profitability and compliance

Brand Representation & Industry Engagement

  • Represent Karmick Solutions at national and international industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 610+ years in Business Development, with a proven record in IT Services/Digital Marketing industries
  • Strong exposure to international markets (US, UK, EU, Australia)
  • Expertise in direct client acquisition (calls, networking, strategic outreach) not reliant solely on portals or third-party vendors
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in managing multi-million-dollar sales pipelines and long sales cycles
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales strategies to corporate goals
