Responsibilities: - Supporting various HR functions such as talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. - Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Maintaining up-to-date employee personnel files and internal system data. - Handling work visa applications and renewals. - Keeping track of employee leave and training records. - Administering medical and insurance policies as per company guidelines. - Generating monthly HR reports for management. - Overseeing HR Operations encompassing employee documentation, on-boarding, off-boarding, insurance, and audits. - Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements. - Assisting in recruitment activities, including hiring needs analysis, reference checks, and employment contracts. - Providing guidance on policies and their application for employee relations. - Managing employee benefits and claims. - Performing ad hoc tasks like preparing work certificates. - Leading projects focusing on continuous improvement. - Managing a team of 0 individuals.
