Job Description

    The primary role involves expanding market penetration for the assigned region or customers in the Pulp & Paper and Water industry. Your responsibilities include identifying new customers and opportunities within the region to grow business while reinforcing the Solenis brand. Your focus will be on business growth and enhancing Solenis" market position within a specific geography or set of customers. You will lead the creation and implementation of sales initiatives aligned with the Corporate Accounts team growth strategy to expand market share. It is your responsibility to drive new product introductions as a key component of the new customer acquisition strategy. Additionally, you will develop market intelligence and provide feedback to marketing and technology teams, as well as foster relationships with key executives and strategic customers. In terms of the general scope, you will manage a base of business ranging from very little to a large base. A Sales Professional must have a defined territory or industry with sufficient opportunity to capture competitively held business and will be assigned an aggressive and achievable revenue growth target. Key Accountabilities: - Develop business development strategies and create annual business development plans for the relevant area to achieve required business objectives and revenue. - Collaborate closely with account managers to understand business requirements and market needs. - Identify new market segments and opportunities for business development, assess returns and investments, and gain agreement for the required investment, resources, and actions. - Prioritize market segment development activities and establish revenue targets. Your knowledge should involve having wide-ranging experience and using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level, such as department or peer review. Education & Experience: - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.,
