Job Description

You will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Industrial & Infrastructure (I&I) Segment by leading the flooring product portfolio. Your main focus will be on achieving sales and collection targets, establishing strong relationships with channel partners, industry clients, and infrastructure customers. Working closely with the reporting manager, you will implement sales and marketing strategies to maintain long-term customer relationships and business development. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and managing channel partners and direct clients in the industrial and infrastructure sectors, building a robust industry network, conducting client visits to understand their needs and close deals, collaborating on sales strategies with the reporting manager, ensuring timely collections and credit policy adherence, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, documenting sales activities and maintaining customer interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams for delivery and support, and supporting marketing initiatives, product demonstrations, and participation in trade shows and industry forums. Overall, your role as Assistant Manager in the I&I Segment will require strategic business development, effective sales management, and continuous market analysis to drive growth and success for the flooring product range.,
