Job Description
- As a Sr. Manager, R2R at Genpact, you will be responsible for leading a large team in the Record to Report domain, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and baseline values. Your role will involve reviewing day-to-day activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, and analysis. You will be expected to handle close timelines, communicate effectively with internal partners, and resolve issues in collaboration with the Business Accounting team. Additionally, you will support metrics reporting and play a key role in hiring, providing structured learning paths, and serving as an operations coach for the team. To excel in this position, you should possess an MBA in Finance with a B.Com in Graduation and preferably a CA Inter degree with relevant work experience in General Ledger. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel), good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage team and client discussions are essential. Furthermore, having excellent subject matter expertise in accounting concepts is highly valued. This is a full-time role based in India-Hyderabad, requiring a Bachelor's or equivalent education level.
