Job Description

    As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to call and connect with customers in order to understand their service requirements. It will also be important for you to collect feedback from customers after service completion and maintain records of conversations and feedback in Google Sheets. Your communication with customers should always be polite and professional, ensuring a great customer experience. Additionally, you will support the team by coordinating with engineers when needed. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day shift and there is a performance bonus offered. The preferred education level for this role is Higher Secondary (12th Pass). The work location is in person.
