Job Description

    As a Medical & Occupational Health Services Administrator, your primary accountability is to oversee the efficient operation of medical and occupational health services within the organization. This includes planning and preparing budgets, as well as managing capital requirements for the medical and health center. In compliance with the Factories Act, you will be responsible for organizing periodic medical examinations for employees. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of employee health services by conducting preventive measures and documenting findings in a structured medical record system. It is imperative to uphold patient privacy and the confidentiality of medical records while accurately assessing and treating employees according to established protocols. Cost optimization is another key aspect of your role, where you will be tasked with monitoring and controlling budgets to streamline costs effectively. This involves procuring medicines directly from manufacturers under rate contracts and analyzing consumption patterns to minimize inventory levels. In line with promoting employee well-being, you will be expected to develop and implement wellness programs. This includes organizing various health initiatives such as screening camps, workshops, exhibitions, and counseling sessions to raise health awareness among employees. Additionally, you will conduct early detection camps and provide curative and preventive treatments to ensure the well-being of all employees. Furthermore, your responsibilities extend to training and development initiatives within the organization. This involves conducting training sessions by specialists and doctors on healthy lifestyle practices, crisis management, and first aid. By engaging in group discussions and presentations, you will enhance medical knowledge among employees and their families. Overall, your role as a Medical & Occupational Health Services Administrator encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at fostering a healthy and safe working environment for all employees.,
