Job Description

As a Marketing Officer at First Source World (FSW), your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote services, increase brand awareness, and attract potential clients and partnerships with international colleges. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing marketing strategies - Collaborating with different departments to set marketing goals and objectives - Monitoring and analyzing marketing trends - Creating engaging content for various marketing channels - Ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's branding - Managing social media accounts - Tracking website traffic and user behavior - Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends - Analyzing marketing and sales data - Making data-driven recommendations for improvement Qualifications required for this role include: - Being a graduate in the field of Business, Sales, Human Resource, Education, or Communication - Experience is not mandatory, but attention to detail, being a people person, and willingness to work from Monday to Saturday and extended hours if needed are essential - Proficiency in languages such as Bengali, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, and other major Indian languages is preferred First Source World (FSW) offers a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
