QA Lead @ Pratiti Technologies

Job Description

As a QA Lead at our Pune location, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software, as well as integrations with Teamcenter and various CAD applications. With 8 to 10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, you will lead the QA strategy, execute tests, and continuously seek innovative ways to optimize our testing processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies for new features and releases, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define test scope and quality gates, estimating QA efforts and resources, and automating manual testing processes. You will design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for both manual and automated testing, focusing on integration scenarios with Teamcenter and various CAD software. Furthermore, you will act as a subject matter expert for QA best practices, share knowledge with team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and infrastructure. You will ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle, generate comprehensive test reports, and champion a culture of quality within the team. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven hands-on experience testing integrations with PLM systems and various CAD software. Expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated tests, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, self-motivated approach are essential.
