QA Lead Healthcare SaaS Products @ ZS

Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and experienced QA Lead responsible for overseeing quality assurance efforts for Healthcare SaaS platform. Your role involves leading QA strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a defect-free and secure platform. Your key responsibilities include leading QA strategy for product lines, collaborating with product managers and developers, supervising QA team members, implementing automation frameworks, conducting API and performance testing, managing test environments, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data privacy, analyzing test results, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 8+ years of QA experience, expertise in manual and automation testing of Healthcare SaaS applications, strong knowledge of API testing, hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and JMeter, familiarity with HIPAA and EMR/EHR platforms, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Additional nice-to-have qualifications include experience with BDD frameworks, cloud-based environments, knowledge of SQL, and experience with data pipelines validation. Key skills required for this role include strong leadership and communication skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and passion for healthcare technology. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work location is on-site during morning shifts.,
