We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager- Regulatory Affairs. In this role, you will need to excel in working under tight deadlines within a high-pressure business environment while also demonstrating exceptional teamwork skills. Responsibilities: - Monitor and propose continuous improvement initiatives for processes. - Manage a team of skilled resources to ensure deliverables are met. - Address and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Uphold agreed-upon work practices. - Ensure compliance with submission timelines and quality standards. - Collaborate with global teams on assignments related to labeling. - Collect and analyze metrics to drive improvements. - Identify and address discrepancies in local implementation of corporate labels. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum qualifications: - Proficiency in CCDSs, US and EU labeling, and understanding the objectives of the Labeling Team. - Ability to assess regulatory implications of product strategy on product labels. - Experience in working effectively in cross-functional teams. - Masters in Life Sciences. - Familiarity with regulatory and labeling principles and SOPs. Preferred qualifications: - Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements. Join us as a Senior Manager in India-Mumbai on a full-time basis.
