As a Team Manager at Wipro, your responsibilities include overseeing a team of over 150 members, including Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers, Team Leads, MIS, Trainers, QAs, and Reviewers. You will be expected to bring industry best practices and innovative ideas to enhance trust and safety within the organization. Monitoring key performance metrics such as Productivity, Accuracy, Quality Score, and Staff Utilization will be vital in ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, you will need to lead quality improvement initiatives, resolve complex business challenges, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Furthermore, as a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in coaching and developing your team members, identifying system and process enhancements, and driving strategic quality initiatives. Your ability to manage performance, provide guidance, and foster career growth among your direct reports will be essential for success in this role. Collaborating with various stakeholders, participating in recruitment activities, and driving process improvements will be key aspects of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 5-8 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment, preferably with a background in back-office or content moderation. Having a global presence and a proven track record of delivering results across multiple sites will be advantageous. Strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to drive process efficiencies are essential for this position.
