Job Description
- As a Senior Software Tester at Siemens Healthineers, you will have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects that directly impact patient care and drive advancements in the medical field. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our platform and integrated software solutions by executing manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring and guiding a team of local testers, collaborating with testers from other sites, and supporting the compliance to the quality management system in the test team. To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Medical/Life Sciences, along with 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in the medical domain. You should possess strong knowledge of testing methodologies, architectures, and best practices, as well as proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks. Experience in R&D organizations and agile setups like SAFe/SCRUM is preferred, along with expertise in MS Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and other relevant tools. You should have a pronounced Quality first orientation, be able to conduct performance, scalability, and security testing as required, and stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in software testing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as proven coordination, influencing, and leadership skills, are necessary for this role. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, assertive, able to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage multiple project activities effectively. Your ability to work with multi-cultural teams and various internal and external stakeholders globally will be crucial for success in this position.,
