Desired Candidate Profile
7-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related field with expertise in BPO hiring, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, medical coding hiring, recruitment, talent acquisition.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution; Any specialization preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end TA processes for large-scale projects.
