Role: Talent Acquisition Executive - Sales Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)
Location: Gurugram
Work Days:6 Days a Week (Mon - Sat)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Recruiter to manage high-volume (bulk) hiring for sales roles. This position involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closure, while working closely with business stakeholders to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and frontline roles (bulk hiring)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, social media, and databases
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication skills, sales mindset, and role fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and selection processes
- Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities
- Build a continuous talent pipeline for current and future sales requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with bulk hiring for inside sales, field sales, telesales, or frontline roles
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed), resume databases, and social media sourcing
- Experience managing high joining volumes and closures
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Graduate in any discipline
