Headhunting for critical and leadership roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize recruitment
Source candidates via job portals and other channels
Conduct interviews and assess cultural and role fit
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders Skills & Qualifications:1+ years in talent acquisition with full-cycle recruitment experience
Mandatory experience in Medical Coding and RCM Hiring
Strong headhunting and leadership hiring skills
Excellent interview and assessment capabilities
