We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of financial products, including insurance, home loans, credit cards, educational loans and other banking/financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial services. Locations -
- Noida - Sector 2, 16, 27, 57 and 127
- Gurugram - Sector 18 and 20
- Mumbai - Ghansoli and Marol
- This position is open for both Freshers and Experienced.
- 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational Week off.
- Only Walk-in Interview.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Mumbai and Noida - Any Graduate Fresher or UG with Experience can apply.
- Gurugram - Any HSC passed Fresher / Experience can apply.
- Age Limit - Should not be more than 30.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about our financial products and services.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively explain complex product features and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and contribute to overall team success.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- High level of self-motivation, persistence, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of BFSI products/services.
Salary (Subject to Communication Skills/Qualification and Experience)
- Noida - Up to 30k CTC
- Gurugram - Up to 28k CTC
- Mumbai - Max. 33k CTC
