Job Description
Role :
- Proactively source and engage potential candidates through direct outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
- Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain regular contact to create a strong talent pipeline
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Stay updated on BPO industry trends and recruitment best practices
Job Responsibilities :
- Preferred BFSI hiring experience of 4 to 5 years
- Should have working exposure from BPO industry
Criteria :
Must be a Graduate
- Proven work experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role
- Experience leading recruitment teams or managing large hiring projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
Shifts timings:
11:00 am to 8:30 pm
