Job Description

Role :

Proactively source and engage potential candidates through direct outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain regular contact to create a strong talent pipeline
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure hiring goals are met.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
Stay updated on BPO industry trends and recruitment best practices

Job Responsibilities :

Preferred BFSI hiring experience of 4 to 5 years
Should have working exposure from BPO industry

Criteria :

Must be a Graduate

Proven work experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role
Experience leading recruitment teams or managing large hiring projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities

Shifts timings:

11:00 am to 8:30 pm

Week Off :

Sunday Fixed Off
