Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift / Rotational (24/7 support)
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years (Excellent communication skills are welcome)
 

• CTC Offered: IT 4.8 LPA / NON IT 4.2 LPA

Interview Process:

• 2 rounds of interviews

 

What You'll Do:

• Provide real-time chat support to international customers.
• Resolve inquiries and technical issues with professionalism.
• Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent written English communication.
• Fast and accurate typing.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Versant test clearance (Level 4 or above).
• Willingness to work night shifts.
