We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Project Plans:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; establish detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
Oversee Budget and Cost Control:
Prepare project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial performance aligns with approved parameters.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
Direct, motivate, and coordinate internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals efficiently.
Manage Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; deliver regular updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project progress.
Identify and Mitigate Risks:
Proactively assess potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
Ensure Quality Assurance:
Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Control Scope and Change Management:
Manage project scope and implement structured change control processes to address modifications while minimizing disruptions.
Monitor Project Performance:
Track progress using KPIs and performance metrics; adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Drive Project Closure and Evaluation:
Finalize all project activities, ensure successful handover, conduct post-project reviews, and document lessons learned.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing projects in [industry: Pipeline, construction, healthcare, etc.].
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
