Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including workflows, rules, roles, connectors, and reports.
  
• Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with target systems (Active Directory, databases, cloud apps, etc.).
  
• Customize IdentityIQ lifecycle events, certifications, access requests, and provisioning workflows.
  
• Implement IdentityIQ features such as role management, policy enforcement, password management, and access reviews.
  
• Develop and maintain custom connectors as needed.
  
• Perform SailPoint upgrades, patching, and configuration updates.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues in development and production environments.
  
• Work with business and security teams to gather IAM requirements.
  
• Ensure solutions follow security best practices and compliance requirements.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
  
• Support testing and deployment activities.
  
• Participate in code reviews and peer discussions.
