PostgreSQL / Progress 4GL DBA:

Database administration, manage and support all Production, QA and Development environments. Manage and monitor database backups and data growth. Refreshing Dev, Test and Preprod environments from Live. Database Performance Tuning. Experience in Database Dump and Load and Progress database. Experience in code deployment, compilation and troubleshooting of issues relating to it. Providing support to the Development Team and Knowledge of Progress 4GL queries is a plus. Monitor database performance, implement changes, when required. Database health check up by using PROMON and Working knowledge on Appserver/Webspeed. Experience in SQL Server Management Studio and Create backup and restore.
Release Support: Prepare runbook for every production release and all the applications. Release and deployment management.
