Job Description

HighRadius is looking for Product Designer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences
• Developing and iterating design concepts and prototypes based on user feedback and product requirementsCreating detailed wireframes, mockups, and other design assets to communicate design solutions
• Collaborating with engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
• Creating design specifications and documentation to support implementation
• Conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterationsCreating and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Communicating design solutions and trade-offs to stakeholders and seeking input and feedbackExcellent communication and presentation skills
