Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Expert with at least 2 years of experience to join our customer support team in Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries over the phone, providing first-level technical assistance, and ensuring prompt resolution with a customer-first approach.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support/customer service role, preferably in software product support.
• Hands-on experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer) and basic troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, software installation, and error handling.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.
