Job Description
- You will be joining Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm with over 125,000 employees across 30+ countries. As a Senior Manager in the PMO and Governance department, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to establish a leadership development strategy and provide exceptional learning experiences for leaders worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Projects, client interactions, and end-to-end reconciliation from SOW to Invoice to AR. - Demonstrating proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint for client presentations. - Organizing and updating a repository of Contracts, Invoices, Proposals, and decks. - Creating a tracker with Contract details and setting alerts for renewals and achievements. - Ensuring SFDC data hygiene and keeping Revenue reports up-to-date. - Monitoring current FTE and Attrition rates, tracking ramps, and FTE deployment plans. - Updating the Internal Client coverage map with service line updates. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream. Preferred qualification: Experience in driving transformation, large program management, or human resources. Additional skills include updating Org charts, researching account-specific news, and collaborating with Global partners, Ops, and Sales Team.
