Job Description
- As a Manual Tester at Gainwell, you play a crucial role in contributing your skills to harness the power of technology for the betterment of our clients" health and well-being initiatives, particularly benefiting the most vulnerable members of the community. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the significant challenges within the healthcare industry. Below are the details outlining your responsibilities in this position: Your role in our mission includes the following essential job functions: - Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and analysis tasks across various phases of network systems development to ensure system credibility and viability. - Providing support in monitoring equipment configuration and parameters for system credibility, collaborating with engineering and technical support teams to resolve significant matters efficiently. - Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining test processes and diagnostic programs for assigned projects, working closely with team leads to finalize specifications and procedures for new products. - Participating in writing test plans, documenting test progress, results, and preparing reports, as well as defining test cases and creating integration and system test scripts from functional requirement documents. - Adhering to established quality methodology, escalating issues when necessary, and potentially working with clients to determine system requirements. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of extensive hands-on experience in Manual Testing concepts, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Retesting, Smoke Testing, and Risk-based Testing. - Working experience in the US Healthcare insurance domain and proficiency in Test Case Design Techniques. - Knowledge of test management tools like Azure DevOps (TFS), Web Service Testing tools such as Soap UI and Postman, as well as Database Testing. - Strong team player skills, including Team Collaboration, effective communication across diverse groups, and fostering innovation in the workplace. - Desirable experience in Accessibility Testing (508 Compliance) using tools like Wave, NVDA, and AXE, as well as Agile methodology and Sprint iterations. In this role, you should expect: - Shift timings from 2 PM to 11 PM IST. - A remote work environment that allows for flexibility and collaboration.
