Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of Gold Loan products through effective lead generation, customer relationship management, and target achievement.
  
• Conduct gold appraisals at customer locations to determine loan amounts based on market rates.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely disbursements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational queries related to gold loans operations.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities such as prospecting for potential clients.
