Job Description

Experience: 10-15 years in retail leasing, Food Courts, Commercial real estate, preferably with experience in healthcare, malls, or premium commercial spaces

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leasing & Tenant Mix Identify high-demand F&B brands, pharmacies, wellness centers, cafes, and convenience stores that suit hospital visitors.
Revenue Maximization Optimize lease terms, negotiate rental agreements, and structure revenue-sharing models (fixed rent + revenue share).
Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations of the retail outlets and ensure seamless integration with hospital operations.
Stakeholder Management Collaborate with hospital administration, finance teams, and potential tenants to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Compliance & Healthcare Standards Ensure all tenants meet hospital hygiene, safety, and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a hospital, airport retail, premium mall leasing, or corporate business parks where retail integration is key. Revenue Models for Hospital Retail & F&B

a. Fixed Lease Model Tenants pay a fixed monthly rent per sq. ft.

c. Hybrid Model Base rent + a percentage of revenue beyond a threshold.
