Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Frontier team in Hyderabad. As a KAM, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans, setting clear objectives and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing performance updates, identifying areas for improvement, and offering innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks within assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with clients.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, analyzing sales data, and generating reports for management review.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and advancements, continually enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key account management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
