Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Job Description:
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the company. Youll work closely with the HR and hiring teams to identify, attract, and on-board top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Draft and publish job descriptions in coordination with department heads
- Assist in employer branding activities and campus hiring events
- Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment performance and candidate pipeline
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles (internships included)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of IT and technical hiring is a plus
- Creative mindset for employer branding initiatives
