This is a strategic leadership role for a Senior Government Liaison & PSU Empanelment Manager who will be responsible for:

Establishing Misha Infotech as a recognized vendor with key government and public sector organizations.

Leading all empanelment, vendor registration, and onboarding processes with PSUs, government departments, and agencies.

Identifying and securing IT projects, manpower supply contracts, and digital transformation opportunities within the public sector.

Acting as the face of Misha Infotech in government/PSU interactions and developing long-term relationships that drive business.

Drive empanelment and vendor registration with Central and State Government departments, PSUs, and autonomous bodies (e.g., BEL, BHEL, NTPC, GAIL, BSNL, NIC, etc.).

Build and maintain strong working relationships with decision-makers, procurement officers, and department heads in public sector organizations.

Actively identify, monitor, and pursue tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and other government opportunities through portals like GeM, CPPP, Eproc, and department-specific sites.

Coordinate the submission of documents, certifications, pre-qualification materials, and proposals needed for empanelment and bidding.

Generate leads and ensure conversion into awarded contracts/projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to align capability presentations and solutions with government requirements.

Coordinate manpower deployment for IT roles as per contract/project requirements.

Ensure legal, financial, and operational compliance for public sector engagement.

Provide weekly/monthly reports on progress, leads, empanelment, and project closures.


Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience in government liaising, PSU empanelment, and public sector business development, preferably in IT services or consulting.

Strong, existing relationships across PSUs, ministries, and public departments in North India.

Demonstrated experience in successfully completing empanelment and onboarding processes with multiple PSUs or government agencies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Affairs, IT, or Engineering.

Deep understanding of public procurement norms, e-tendering platforms, and bid lifecycle.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).

Ability to travel frequently and represent the organization at meetings, tenders, and presentations.


Preferred Skills


Experience working with IT system integrators or vendors already serving government clients.

Prior experience managing GeM Portal, CPPP, or department-level bidding.

Knowledge of contract staffing, payroll, and labour compliances relevant to IT manpower supply.

Ability to build and lead a PSU vertical in the organization.
