Job Description

    You will be responsible for overseeing various commercial activities related to physical dispatch, sales orders, compliance with commercial terms, and GST clauses. Your role will involve validating selling rates, controlling dispatch cycles, coordinating in the preparation of invoices, challans, and e-way bills, as well as assisting in customer code creation and maintenance. Additionally, you will handle commercial documentation tasks such as invoices, credit notes, debit notes, quotations, and proformas. It will be your duty to maintain and update the daily physical dispatch report. You will also be involved in managing MIS and sales data, providing sales data and MIS reports to sales executives, updating Target vs. Achievement records for all sales personnel, and supporting the sales team with data analysis and reports. Furthermore, you will be responsible for daily tracking of PO status, monitoring high-value project POs, maintaining detailed records of all purchase orders, and ensuring accurate tracking of sales value and volume. In terms of petty cash management, you will handle daily petty cash accounting, maintain control over cash vouchers, conduct periodic cash verification, and report any delays in reimbursement submissions to the Zonal Manager. Credit control and receivable management tasks will include timely posting of bank receipts, sending monthly outstanding statements to the sales team, preparing daily collection and outstanding reports, and maintaining records for rebate notes, doubtful debts, commission statements, and account reconciliations. To excel in this role, you are required to have an academic background of M.Com, proficiency in SAP, and 15-16 years of experience. Key skills for this position include strong commercial acumen, hands-on experience in SAP, sales data analysis, MIS reporting, excellent coordination and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of GST, credit control policies, and compliance. Your primary goal will be to ensure 100% execution of all key responsibilities and tasks assigned to you.,
