Experience: 1 to 4+ Years
Industry Focus: Non-IT Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and salary negotiation
  
• Headhunt for niche and leadership roles
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
  
• Source candidates via portals, social networks, and referrals
  
• Conduct interviews with a focus on skill and cultural alignment
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 14+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT preferred)
  
• Strong headhunting and leadership hiring expertise
  
• Proficient with sourcing tools and job portals
  
• Excellent communication and candidate assessment skills
