We are Hiring For International Voice Process

US Shift

2 Roaster off

Experience-

Excellent Communication Skills
Prior experience in International Voice program.
Minimum experience of 1-3 years of calling
Salary range 3L to 6L pa
Immediate Joiners preferred
Location Gurgaon
Both side Cab
1 time Meal

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls for US customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service
Resolve queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner
Meet process targets including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Document call details and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Adapt to process updates and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies
