Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate AI and analytics-driven insights into innovative product features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to understand customer requirements and feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep products ahead in the SaaS space.
- Create clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and usage metrics to guide improvements.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring Locobuzz delivers intuitive and impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Good years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS / B2B technology company.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, analytics, or social listening platforms.
- Proven track record of end-to-end product management (roadmap, requirements, delivery, launch).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in social listening, digital customer experience, or Martech products.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Jira, Figma, or similar.
- Understanding of modern UI/UX best practices.
