Returnship Program (RE) - Default Team Lead (US mortgage)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of mortgage-related tasks.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and manage data effectively ensuring high-quality output.
- Coordinate with team members to streamline foreclosure and claim file servicing processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement best practices in mortgage loan servicing to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of servicing activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize workflow.
- Ensure all servicing activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
- Support the team in achieving performance targets and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Have experience in foreclosure and claim file servicing within the mortgage domain.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills particularly in the mortgage industry.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Show capability to work effectively in a night shift office environment.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
